The primary goal of this campaign was to develop a unified and minimalistic rebranding strategy that appeals to young students who are constantly on the move within campus life. QPay is already working with around 400,000 university students in their marketplace app. (Palmer Derrien, 2021) Campaign Objectives 1. Strengthen QPAY’s presence in higher education institutions across Australia. 2. Expand user base and increase brand awareness. 3. Encourage students, unions, and institutions to invest, save, and earn rewards. 4. Position QPAY as the leading smart payment solution for university students.

The QPAY marketing campaign aimed to engage students through a multi-channel strategy. Large-screen ads on university campuses boosted visibility, with QR codes simplifying sign-ups and downloads. Social media campaigns on Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat showcased key benefits like cashback rewards and student savings. Bus stop banners in student-heavy areas reinforced QPAY as the top payment solution for university life. To build brand recognition, QPAY merchandise such as branded apparel and accessories was distributed, creating a strong campus presence. This approach helped drive awareness, increase downloads, and position QPAY as an essential financial tool for students.
